Description

Departing from the port of Carrara, an experience that combines the art of Florence with the flavors of Chianti. After a visit to Florence's historic center, you will immerse yourself in the hills of Chianti Classico for a cellar tasting.

The morning is dedicated to Florence: a stroll through Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, with time for a coffee at one of the city's historic cafés. Your driver will then take you through the scenic roads of Chianti, through vineyards and olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see.

The cellar stop includes a guided tasting of 4–5 Chianti Classico DOCG wines, accompanied by bruschetta, cured meats and Tuscan cheeses. You can purchase your favorite bottles, with international shipping available.

The return to the port of Carrara winds back through the Tuscan countryside, offering unforgettable glimpses at sunset.

Practical notes

We recommend avoiding museums in the morning to leave more time for the winery. The tasting includes both red and white wines. The itinerary can be adapted to your group's preferences.
